    Worst bank ever. Service is consistently slow and the staff is not well trained and there processes are out of date at all locations (we have tried different ones). Every trip there requires 45 minutes to an hour to get your own money out of your own account. They act like your a criminal when you want to make a withdrawal. NEWS FLASH-Your a bank to hold customers money. IT'S NOT YOUR MONEY!

    The funeral directors here are tremendously compassionate and involved in the daily operation of this funeral home. This was truly comforting at a time when our family needed lots of support as we planned my mother's memorial service. Unlike a lot of funeral homes that are more corporate and impersonal, we chose Donahue Cecere because even on the phone it was so clear that they really cared about delivering compassionate service to their clients. We were so lucky to find them.

    The people are there to help you. I went in with a scheduled payment issue and it was taken care of in less than 20 mins. Plus, the woman that has great knowledge with online services came to walk me through the online portal to prevent the same issue from occurring again. That's what I call service!
